WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
3/4 lb. soft butter
2 c. white sugar
8 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. candied cherries
1/2 c. candied pineapple
1/2 c. candied citron
1/2 c. candied lemon
1/2 c. candied orange
1 1/2 c. white raisins
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. brandy
Vanilla

Mix 1/4 cup flour with fruit. Mix with remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or until done. Use angel food cake pan or bread pans.
