BOILED SALAD DRESSING 
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Scant tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard, little more than level
Dash pepper
1/2 c. vinegar, red cider
1/2 c. water
2 eggs, beat so whites & yolks are well mixed

Mix in order listed in pan. Place on hot burner and bring to quick boil stirring constantly to keep from scorching. Boil about 5 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator. Excellent dressing for coleslaw or potato salad.
