9 c. Chex cereal (corn, rice or wheat)
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar

Combine chocolate, peanut butter and butter in microwave bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal and mix until all cereal is coated. Put cereal mixture in plastic bag with 10X sugar and shake until coated. Spread on wax paper to cool.
