VEGGIE STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cut up tomatoes
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
1 c. frozen green beans

Brown beef in kettle and drain off excess fat. Add all but the beans. Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add beans and simmer another 15 minutes. 6 servings.
