ORANGE PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 c. milk
4 c. half and half
4 tsp. orange extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Rind from 1 orange
Orange food coloring

Beat eggs; gradually add sugar. Continue to beat about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and freeze as directed in 4 quart freezer.
