1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand
2 c. cold milk
1 carton Cool Whip
4 bananas
1 box vanilla wafers

Combine cream cheese and Eagle Brand. Add pudding and milk. Add 1/2 of Cool Whip to mixture. Layer vanilla wafers, bananas, and cream mixture. Top with rest of Cool Whip.
