LUNCH BOX CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. can fruit cocktail with the juice
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

1. In bowl combine flour, baking soda and set aside.

2. In another bowl beat eggs, butter and brown sugar until creamy.

3. Add the fruit cocktail with the juice and the nuts.

4. Mix in the dry ingredients.

5. Grease 13"x9" pan. Pour batter into pan.

6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
