PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk or sweet milk with vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Put butter, cocoa, water and buttermilk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix sugar and flour. Add dry mixture plus soda, hand beaten eggs and vanilla to the cocoa. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased baking pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:

1 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 tbsp. salad oil

Mix peanut butter with salad oil. Pour over cake while still warm. After cake cools - Fudge Frosting.

FUDGE FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' (10X) sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put butter, cocoa and buttermilk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over sugar; add vanilla. Mix by hand. Pour over peanut butter filling before frosting cools.
