1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until crumbly the chocolate cake mix, oil and egg. Add chopped nuts and vanilla. Reserving 1 1/2 cups of this mixture, press the rest in greased 9"x13" pan.

Heat 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 6 ounces chocolate chips over medium heat or in microwave until chips are melted. Pour over first layer. Crumble reserved cake mixture over top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. It's better to underbake than to over bake these.
