1 can (32 oz.) peach slices
1 butter cake mix
1/4 lb. butter

Grease a 9 by 12 inch cake pan. Empty peaches with syrup into pan. Sprinkle powder cake mix on top. Cut and place butter evenly on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

Serve warm with ice cream.
