CHINESE CHICKEN 
1 pkg. mixed fryer parts, chicken
1 c. soy sauce, lite
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. water

Rinse chicken and remove fat and skin, if desired. Combine soy sauce, water, lemon juice, and mustard and mix well. Place chicken in a large pan and pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours until done, turning chicken about every 30 minutes. Bake uncovered.
