TUNA AND NOODLES IN CASSEROLE 
1/2 pkg. noodles
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 c. med. white sauce
1/2 can tuna, flaked
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 green pepper, finely cut
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1/16 tsp. pepper (dash)
3/8 c. (6 tbsp.) grated cheese

Cook the noodles and garlic in boiling, salted water. Drain, rinse and drain again. Remove garlic.

Combine noodles, sauce, tuna, salt, green pepper, butter, mushrooms, pepper and 4 tbsp. of the cheese; mix well. Turn into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 22 minutes.
