CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP WITH HAM 
1 lb. bunch broccoli

Cut in small pieces, cook in 4 cups water until tender; save liquid. 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1 c. all-purpose flour 4 tsp. chicken granulated bouillon or 4 crushed cubes 6 c. cold milk 1 c. diced ham, cooked 1 tsp. Accent

Melt butter and butter. Add and saute celery and onions. Add flour and bouillon; stir until well blended. Add milk. Stir until thick and smooth. Add broccoli and liquid. Add ham and Accent.
