1 c. cocoa
1 c. creamer (lite Coffeemate or Cremora)
2/3 c. instant coffee (decaf if wish)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container.

Use 3 to 4 teaspoons to 1 cup boiling water.
