WILD RICE STUFFING 
3 c. cooked wild rice
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. celery
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
3 slices bacon, cut up
1 tsp. sage
2 c. dry bread crumbs

Fry bacon. Add onion, celery and mushrooms. Cook until soft. Add to rice. Mix in seasonings and bread crumbs. Stuff bird - cook as normal.
