1 lb. Velveeta cheese spread
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies

Melt cheese in crock pot. Add can of Rotel tomatoes including juice. Mix thoroughly. Serve when warm with tortilla chips. Sure to be a big hit with Mexican food lovers!
