1 tbsp. egg white
2 c. pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix egg white, pecans or walnuts; mix until the nuts are coated and sticky. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar mixture over the nuts; stirring until the sugar mixture completely coats the nuts. Spread the coated nuts on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
