1 sm. box Ritz crackers (1 box of peanut butter Ritz bits will do)
1 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. microwave chocolate candy coating

Spread peanut butter on crackers. Put two crackers together. Melt chocolate in microwave according to instructions on package. Coat chocolate completely on crackers. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Cool in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Great for a quick snack!!
