1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
3 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of salt and pepper
1/3 c. dry red wine

Brown mushrooms in peanut oil in a saucepan with salt and pepper. Add wine; cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes.
