APPLE CRISP 
4 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 egg
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter

Mix first 3 ingredients and put in with 9 x 13 inch pan worth of apples. Mix topping ingredients together, enough butter, then crumble the topping mixture over the apples. Melt and pour 1/2 cup butter over the apples and topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
