EGGS LOUIS 
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons, crumbled
6 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" square dish. In bottom of dish, spread 1/2 of the grated cheese. Spread 1/2 of the croutons over the cheese. Arrange 6 "nests" in dish; break an egg into each "nest". Cover ingredients with remaining croutons and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
