1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
5 c. crispy rice cereal

Mix syrup, sugar, and peanut butter in t-fal pan, stir and boil. Set pan off burner and add cereal. Mix well and press in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Let cool.
