BEEF ITALIANO 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 sm. red pepper, cubed
1 sm. green pepper, cubed
1 med. onion, cut into wedges
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, with liquid
1 c. beef broth
1 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. dry minute rice

Saute beef, peppers, and onion in large skillet until meat is cooked. Add undrained tomatoes, broth, basil, salt, oregano, and pepper. Bring to full boil; stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 4 servings.
