TURKEY TATER TOTS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots

Cook celery and carrots while browning turkey and onions. Season to taste. Add mushroom soup to browned turkey and onions, add cooked celery and carrots. Place in casserole, place tater tots on top of the other mixture. Bake uncovered in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes.
