1 pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding 2 1/4 c. Cool Whip Powdered sugar 1 egg In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, Cool Whip and egg. Beat on medium speed until blended. Batter will be very sticky. Drop into powdered sugar and roll lightly to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. | |
