BAKED CARAMEL APPLES 
3 med. apples
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Nuts

Cut and core apples into halves. Arrange in microwave dish. Cover and cook on high 4 minutes or until tender. Mix together brown sugar, flour, milk, and butter. Pour over apples. Sprinkle on marshmallows and nuts. Microwave 4 more minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
