BAKED CARAMELED APPLES 
Apples enough to fill a 9 x 13 pan after cored, peeled and cut
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Peel, core, and cut in half, enough apples to fill a 9 x 13 cake pan, laying apples core side up in pan. Mix brown sugar, and flour together and sprinkle over apples, filling core opening and completely covering apples. Bake in slow oven at 300 degrees with just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan until apples are well done and mixture is caramelized. Be sure to use baking apples.
