LEMON BASIL GRILLED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil

In small bowl combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and basil (1 cup marinade). Marinate chicken either 30-45 minutes or overnight. Refrigerate until ready to cook.

Grill or broil chicken until lightly browned. (Can substitute orange juice for lemon juice.)
