BETTER THAN SEX BARS | |
It's the name, not a guarantee. 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (German chocolate preferable but mint is also good) 1 sm. can evaporated milk 2/3 c. butter 1 pkg. caramels 12 oz. chocolate chips Mix chocolate cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 2/3 cup melted butter. Take 1/2 and pat in 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Set aside. In pan melt 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 1 package Kraft caramels. When smooth, add 12 oz. chocolate chips. Spread caramel mixture on cooled dough. Let cool. Carefully spread other 1/2 of dough on top of cooled caramel mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut while warm. The hardest part is unwrapping the caramels and making sure they all go into the pan and not the mouth! |
