SAUCY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES 
16 oz. broccoli and cauliflower
2 whole boneless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter (melted)

Place vegetables in 9 inch square baking dish. Place chicken breasts on vegetables; sprinkle chicken with onion powder and garlic salt.

In a small bowl combine soup, sour cream and thyme; mix well. Pour over chicken. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake 35-40 minutes in 350 degree F. oven.
