DINNER NACHOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can refried beans
1 sm. can green chilies
3 c. Monterey Jack and/or Cheddar
3/4 c. taco sauce
1 can sliced black olives
1 avocado
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. green onion
Chips

Cook beef and onion until brown. Season with salt and Tabasco. Spread beans on pizza pan. Top beans with meat. Sprinkle on chilies. Cover with cheese. Drizzle on taco sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Garnish with sour cream, olives, green onions and avocado.
