BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 potatoes, diced & cooked with skins
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 onion, chopped, if desired
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 lb. bacon, partially fried & cut into small pieces
Stuffed olives, sliced

Combine first 5 ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until cheese melts and is bubbly.
