CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
1/2 gallon milk
3 eggs
1 c. long rice, uncooked (River Brand)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook rice and milk about 45 minutes until all the milk is absorbed. Add eggs and sugar, mixing well. Then add salt and vanilla. Pour into glass container and let cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little nutmeg.
