SANDY'S SOUR DOUGH PANCAKES | |
2 c. sweet milk 2 c. all-purpose flour 4 tbsp. sour dough starter 3 beaten eggs 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3 tbsp. vegetable oil or melted butter Mix together the first 3 ingredients and let stand, covered with a clean cloth, overnight in draft-free place. Next morning, take 4 tablespoons of starter and store in airtight container in refrigerator for future use. To the remainder of mix, add rest of ingredients. Mix well and bake on dry griddle. |
