POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract

Sift flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and poppy seeds. In mixer, mix together eggs, oil, milk and the extracts. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Pour into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
