TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. ground ginger or 1 tbsp. slivered fresh ginger
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry white wine

2 pounds beef or pork 3 hours or 6 chicken legs or fish 1 hour.
