GLAZED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. water

Place chops in shallow baking dish or cake pan. If possible, do not stack or overlap chops at all. make a paste of the rest of the ingredients and spread over chops. Bake, uncovered in a 250 degree oven for 1 hour; then 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn chops once after baking 45 minutes and spoon some of the mixture in bottom of the pan over each chop. We think this is a wonderful treatment of chops that takes them out of the ordinary and into a special class.
