1 stick butter
5 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 oz. can Ortega chilies
1/2 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
Dash hot pepper

Melt butter in square pan in oven. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients to eggs. Add butter to egg mixture. Pour all back into pan and bake in a 300 degree oven for 50 minutes.
