GOLDEN GRAPE MOLDED SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
Water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. halved grapes (seeded if necessary)
1/4 c. each of chopped green pepper, sliced celery, shredded carrots & coarsely broken walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water, lemon juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 4 cups mold. Chill until set. Unmold salad onto platter. Makes 4 servings.
