WESTERN MEAL IN ONE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can red beans
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes with juice, chopped
3/4 c. raw rice
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced black olives

Brown hamburger, add onion and green pepper. Cook until onions are transparent. In 2 1/2 quart casserole combine rest of ingredients except cheese and olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and olives. Bake 15 minutes more.
