2 rolls Ritz crackers 2 lb. scallops or any other seafood 2 sticks melted butter 1/4 - 1/3 c. cocktail sherry Layer seafood and crackers. Pour on melted butter and sherry. Bake at 375 degrees covered for 35-45 minutes. |
