HAM LOAVES 
4 lbs. ground ham
8 eggs
2 c. milk
2 lb. fresh ground pork
2 c. tomato juice
4 c. crushed crackers

Mix well all ingredients, and make into small loaves, using 1/2 to 2/3 cup for each loaf. Loaves may be frozen if made ahead of time; however, loaves MUST be at room temperature before baking.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
4 c. brown sugar
2 c. tomato juice
4 tbsp. mustard

Mix well all ingredients in a saucepan, and simmer until warm. Sauce may be made ahead of time and refrigerated until needed. Pour sauce over each loaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until done.
