ONIONED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1/2 c. soft butter
1 env. onion soup mix

Scrub the potatoes. Do not peel. Cut each into 3 to 4 lengthwise slices. Blend butter with soup mix. Spread on potato slices. Reassemble the potatoes and wrap each in a square of foil. Bake until done--400 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
