ORIENTAL CABBAGE SALAD 
3 c. shredded cabbage
2 pkgs. Oriental Roman noodles (use dry crunch up with hands)
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. peanuts (Spanish) or cashews

Put cabbage, brown sugar, and onion in one bowl. Place noodles and peanuts in another bowl to prevent sogginess. Toss together just before serving with: 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. oil Seasoning pkgs. from noodles.
