CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
2 frying chicken (3 lbs.)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. water
1/2 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. marjoram

Divide chicken into small pieces. Brown garlic in oil. Add chicken and brown until golden brown. Remove garlic. Add rosemary, marjoram, wine, water. Bring to boil. Lower fire to simmer and cook with cover about 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
