SPINACH SALAD WITH SPICY
DRESSING
 
1/2 lb. fresh spinach, torn
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, torn
1/2 c. cooked crumbled bacon
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire

Combine oil and vinegar; beat with mixer 3-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; beat well. Makes 2 cups.
