SPINACH SALAD WITH DRESSING 
1 bag spinach
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained or fresh
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
5 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Tear spinach into bite size pieces and add remaining ingredients.

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 onion, diced

Mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator, then pour over salad just before serving.
