CRANBERRY BARBEQUE CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper and paprika. Coat chicken with this mixture. Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat. Put chicken in pan, skin side up, and brown. Mix remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce has melted and is smooth. Spread over chicken and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
