SAUTEED APPLES FRANCAIS 
Granny Smith apples
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
butter

Peel and slice desired amount of apples; in skillet on medium heat melt butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Use your own taste to decide on amounts used; add apples. Stir until coated; simmer until apples are tender; serve.

Great with pork chops or even on French toast or anywhere you would use applesauce.
