SUGAR "BISCUITS" | |
2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 4 tbsp. butter 1 egg Milk Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Mix in butter. Break egg into a measuring cup, then fill the rest of the cup with milk. Add this to the above ingredients. The more you mix the batter, the finer the batter will be. Fill well-greased muffin pan (or use paper muffin cups) 1/2 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown on top. Yummy! |
